Bachelor's degree from an accredited Pathologist Assistant program or related field Valid ASCP Pathologist Assistant (PA) certification or eligibility Previous experience as a Pathology Assistant in a clinical laboratory setting Competency in specimen grossing, frozen sections, and lab protocols Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaborative abilitiesPrimary Responsibilities:
Assist pathologists with specimen dissection, gross description, and sampling Process surgical specimens and perform frozen section procedures Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all samples Maintain laboratory instruments and uphold safety/quality standards Communicate findings with medical professionals and support diagnostic decisionsBenefits & Perks:
