Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant with at least 6 months of clinical experience to join our team. This role supports providers across multiple specialties and plays a key role in delivering efficient and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures Perform clinical tasks such as injections, EKGs, lab draws, and point-of-care testing (as applicable) Document patient information accurately in the EMR Manage patient flow to ensure timely care Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards Provide excellent customer service and patient communication Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up care coordination Qualifications Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (required) Experience in a multi-specialty or high-volume environment is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of EMR systems preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within a multi-specialty organization Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Full benefits package (for eligible employees) Why Join GetWell?
