Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant, where your energetic and compassionate approach will make a meaningful difference in patient care. In this vital role, you will support physicians and healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure smooth clinic operations. Your expertise in various medical settings— out patient clinic —will help deliver exceptional patient experiences. Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, verifying insurance information, and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates with precision Prepare patients for examinations or procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process Support physicians during procedures by handing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and managing specimen collection Administer medications or injections under supervision, following strict safety protocols and medication administration guidelines Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, ICD coding for diagnoses, and procedural notes in compliance with healthcare regulationsSkills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to support accurate patient assessment and documentation Experience working in hospital medicine, urgent care, dermatology clinics, or emergency medicine environments Proficiency with EHR systems for efficient data entry and retrieval of patient information Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate communication and cultural sensitivity Ability to perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with medication administration, and supporting inpatient or outpatient procedures Familiarity with ICD coding practices to ensure proper billing and record keeping Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding patient care across diverse medical specialties.
