About us Casse Community Health Institute is seeking to hire a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. We are looking for CMAs for our Stonewall, LA clinic location.
Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Casual work attire We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team and provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pediatrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing medical exams, administering medications, and providing patient education. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with patient care. Perform routine medical procedures such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and administering injections. Assist in the examination and treatment of patients. Provide patient education and counseling. Maintain patient records and documentation. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow. Perform basic laboratory tests.
