Child Health Associates is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our pediatric team in Auburn, MA. We are a busy, well-established pediatric practice that values teamwork, respect, and creating a positive experience for both our patients and our employees. As a CMA, you'll work closely with providers, nurses, and fellow clinical staff to support the care of infants, children, and adolescents. Schedule Full-time position Consistent 4-day workweek One evening shift per week until 7:00 PM One weekday off each week One weekend shift per month What You'll Do Room patients and obtain vital signs, height, weight, and other routine measurements Perform hearing and vision screenings Collect specimens and assist with point-of-care testing Administer clinic-approved medications Assist providers during examinations and procedures Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Prepare and maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies Support laboratory workflows, including specimen processing and test reporting Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and team members to support exceptional patient care Qualifications Current Medical Assistant Certification required High school diploma or equivalent Pediatric, primary care, or outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment Positive attitude and commitment to providing compassionate care Benefits Competitive pay: $20.50-$27.00 per hour Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation time Paid sick time 401(k) with employer match Life insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Stable schedule and excellent work-life balance Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Why Child Health Associates?
