Part-time Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant to join our friendly and fast-paced pediatric practice. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families and thrives in a supportive healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families in a warm and professional manner Take and record vital signs, patient history, and basic medical information Assist with procedures, and vaccinations Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic system Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness Provide support for administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, phones, paperwork)Requirements:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Previous experience in pediatrics is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) EPIC Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environmentSchedule:
20 hours per week including Saturday- Please be prepared to be flexible for a training schedule upon being hired.
