Job Description

Holliston Pediatric Group, a community-based, family-oriented pediatric practice, is actively seeking a Medical Assistant to join our compassionate and dedicated team.     Schedule:
    24-28 hours per week

            Responsibilities:
            • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to children and adolescents in a clinical setting
            • Assist pediatricians with patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care
            • Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments as prescribed
            • Educate patients and families on pediatric health, wellness, and preventive care
            • Record patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
            • Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
            • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
            Requirements:
            • Current Medical Assistant Certification
            • CPR certification
            • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
            • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
            • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
            • Strong teamwork abilities with a positive, can-do attitude
            • Empathy, patience, and a dedication to patient care
