Job description: Plymouth Bay Orthopedic Associates, Inc. [PBOA]is a busy, multi-physician, patient-centered private orthopedic practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, compassionate, and team-oriented environment. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing Clinical Team. Required Qualifications:

Massachusetts Medical Assistant Certification Required What Makes PBOA Great:

Responsibilities:

Room patients and assist providers during patient visits Obtain and document patient medical histories and vital signs Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies Assist with procedures, drawing up injections, casting, bracing, and wound care as needed Suture removals Management and facilitation of medication refills per provider direction Receive and handle all clinical patient telephone calls to completion under the advisement of the provider Do You Need a Positive Change?
