This role combines hands-on patient care with clinical leadership responsibilities, serving as a resource and mentor for Medical Assistants and clinical support staff across our offices. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with orthopedic clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) or ROT required Current

CPR/BCLS

certification required Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic clinical setting Experience with casting, splinting, injections, bracing, and orthopedic workflows preferred Prior leadership, training, or mentoring experience is a plus EMR experience required Essential Functions Provide advanced clinical support to orthopedic providers, including assisting with procedures, injections, casting, splinting, and bracing Serve as a lead resource and mentor for Medical Assistants and clinical support staff Support daily clinic workflow coordination to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations Assist with onboarding, training, and competency development for new clinical team members Prepare exam rooms, maintain supplies and equipment, and ensure accurate clinical documentation in the EMR Collaborate closely with providers and leadership to support operational goals, patient care standards, and workflow improvements Why Join Us?
