Job Description

Bilingual Medical Assistant Healthcare - Clinical Woburn, Massachusetts Direct Hire May 14, 2026 ExecuSource has partnered with a nationally recognized Orthopedic Sports Medicine group and we are assisting them on a search for a Bilingual Medical Assistant for their new office in Woburn, MA. This is a direct-hire/permanent opportunity and the office is expected to open within the next 30-60 days.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms. Record patients' medical history, vitals, or information such as test results in medical records. Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician. Explain treatment procedures, medications, or physicians' instructions to patients. Inventory of medical supplies and equipment. Perform administrative/clerical work May operate x-ray or other equipment to administer routine diagnostic testing Cleans and sterilize medical equipment Prepare all pre-screening for procedures and surgical consults
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required; Medical Assistant Certification or Registered Medical Assistant strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Strong knowledge and understanding of electronic medical record systems Knowledge of diagnostic testing equipment and sterilization equipment Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures

Competitive to the market
