Job Description
TriSource is seeking a dedicated, highly professional Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support a premier multi-specialty outpatient practice located at the Midtown Outpatient Tower in Baltimore. This practice manages high-quality patient care across multiple clinical areas, including Pulmonary, Digestive Health, Sleep Medicine, and Cardiology . As a vital part of the care team, you will handle both clinical and administrative duties to optimize patient flow. (Please note: We consider front desk and administrative support functions to be part of our clinical staff's standard versatile capabilities).
Pay:
$21.00- $23.00 /hour Available Shifts & Scheduling To ensure consistent patient care, candidates must select one of the following shifts and commit to those dedicated hours long-term: Shift 1: 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM (Monday
- Friday) Shift 2: 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM (Monday
- Friday)
Position Requirements Certification:
Must hold a current, valid Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, RMA, NHA, NCCT, etc.).Experience:
Proven, hands-on experience performing EKGs is required.EMR Software:
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records is highly preferred.Professionalism:
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a non-judgmental attitude and dedication to patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.Pre-Employment Clinical Compliance & Requirements Tuberculosis Screening Hepatitis B:

Drug Screen Key Responsibilities Clinical Care:
Prepare patients for examinations, gather and document chief complaints, and accurately record vital statistics (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).Specialty Diagnostics:
Safely and accurately perform EKGs (required) and other standard office testing related to pulmonary, cardiac, and specialty clinics. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Utilize the Electronic Medical Record system to document patient data, log lab orders, and coordinate transitions of care.Patient Flow:
Maintain highly efficient, professional patient flow throughout the workday. Assist physicians and nursing staff with minor office procedures.Administrative & Front Desk Support:
Greet patients, register insurance information, schedule appointments, and perform general office or backup patient coordinator duties as assigned.Clinic Maintenance:
Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully stocked examination rooms while ensuring ongoing compliance with quality and safety regulations.
