This is a fast-paced, client-focused environment where you'll support providers and help deliver high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. Responsibilities Assist providers with treatments, injections, IV therapy, and medical weight loss visits Take vitals, manage patient intake, and maintain accurate charting in the EHR system Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, prior authorizations, and patient follow-ups Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms while maintaining a high-end client experience Skills Medical Assistant certification required; all certifications must be active and up to date Experience with EHR systems and strong administrative skills (scheduling, charting, prior authorizations) Med spa, aesthetic, or wellness experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
