Career growth and development Diverse and collaborative working environment Competitive Benefits Package Tuition Assistance Join our team as a Sr Clinical Support Specialist and play a vital role in supporting home infusion services. In this front-line leadership role, you'll coordinate nursing schedules, assist with onboarding new team members, and serve as a system expert for scheduling workflows.
What You'll Do:
Act as a lead for clinical support functions, ensuring seamless scheduling across home, ambulatory, and MVAT services. Support nursing coordination while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies. Train and onboard new IV Support Specialists, ensuring competency in scheduling systems. Serve as a key resource for new system implementations that impact scheduling
Minimum Qualifications:
Required :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred :
Post-high school education or training.
Preferred :
2 years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
Required :
Strong understanding of medical terminology.
Salary Range:
Minimum $17.29/hour - Maximum $28.50/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
