This role provides front-line administrative and clinical support, ensuring a high-quality experience for patients, visitors, and clinical staff in a fast-paced research hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage patient appointments and check-in/check-out processes Perform patient registration, admissions, and demographic data entry Provide reception support, answer phones, and assist patients and visitors Prepare and manage patient records and documentation Coordinate patient travel, transportation, and vouchers Support clinical staff with administrative and basic clinical tasks Maintain supplies, perform data entry, and generate reports Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare setting Basic knowledge of medical terminology Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
