Great schedule! Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm in North Bethesda, MD. Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Free parking! As an MOA for North Bethesda's JHCP Primary Care, you'll: Provide excellent customer service to our patients at JHCP in North Bethesda, MD. Receive incoming and make outbound telephone calls to schedule appointments, process patient medication refills, process referrals, and take messages for the providers. Check patients in and out, collect copays, and respond to patient messages. Verify insurance and collect demographics. What You'll Need to be
Successful:
High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years experience in healthcare or customer service preferred. EPIC experience is very helpful! Ability to successfully pass all required training to obtain security access to perform role. Includes, but not limited to: Electronic medical record training, Insurance training-foundations, government and commercial.
Salary Range:
Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
