Outstanding customer service and being detail-oriented are a must for our practice. Key Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories. Perform injections, EKGs, and other clinical tasks as needed Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Assist with care coordination, referrals, and prior authorizations Support membership onboarding and provide exceptional customer service Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and clinical areas Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety protocols Qualifications Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (preferred) 1-3 years of clinical experience in primary care or similar setting Strong clinical skills Experience with EMR systems (Athena preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable in a patient-focused, concierge-style environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team
