Medical Assistant/ Receptionist

We are looking for a person who can perform a number of daily administrative tasks in addition to handling phone calls, such as : Verifying insurance eligibility Handling patient phone calls and messages Handling incoming referrals and entering information Scheduling patient appointments

Must Have Requirements:

Must have a strong broadband connection (Fiber, NOT Jio mobile or hotspot etc) Must have a dedicated laptop or computer (with Authorized version of Windows 11 Pro installed) - no sharing with family members Able to work US shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM US EST Good communication skills and be able to converse with US based patients Prior experience with US based medical EHR/EMR software or a similar setting is a plus To be successful, candidate must possess the following traits: Desire to learn and a sense of responsibility Excellent written and oral communication skills Should be computer savvy and proficient with navigating screens, uploading documents etc
