Compensation:
Annual bonuses (variable depending on office and performance) and overtime opportunities are available at FPCA's After Hours Clinic (eligible after 6 months of employment based on performance)

Medical Assistant Job duties include : Taking patient vital signs to be reported to your supervising provider Using Athena EMR to track patient complains and histories to ensure optimal long-term care Performing diagnostic tests Administer immunizations to ensure optimal preventative care Following up with patients and their requests via phone Triaging patients experiencing medical emergencies Discussing medications and their effects with patients under provider supervision Other duties as assigned Must possess strong clinical as well as customer service skills Strong technology aptitude Prior experience in the field is required This position is eligible for the following benefits: Health Insurance (Single and Family) Dental Insurance (Single and Family) Vision Insurance (Single and Family) Vacation Accrual (2 weeks) Holidays (up to 6 days per year) Sick Leave (1 week/year•first year is prorated) Employer Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability 401k w/ Employer Contributions
