Medical Assistant — AAA Cardilogy Services, Laurel MD• Full-time AAA Cardiology Services, provides mobile nuclear imaging to Doctors and Cardiology practices across the DMV. We bring the scanner to the patient; our team drives on-site, sets up, runs the study, breaks everything down. Looking for a Medical Assistant to join our mobile crew. What you'll do Prep patients: vitals, brief history, answer questions, keep them at ease Start peripheral IVs for imaging studies (radiopharmaceutical administration is handled by our Nuclear Medicine Technologist) Assist the tech with setup, patient positioning, and breakdown at each site Load, unload, and transport imaging equipment between locations Maintain clinical documentation and supply inventory Follow all radiation safety and HIPAA protocols Must have Current IV insertion skills, or willing to train under physician supervision Valid driver's license and clean MVR — you're on the road daily Able to repeatedly lift and move Heavy Equipments ; real physical setup/teardown work Comfortable in varied settings (clinics, SNFs, patient homes, etc.) Nice to have Cardiology, nuclear medicine, or mobile diagnostics experience BLS certification Prior radiation safety / dosimetry training What we offer PTO / mileage reimbursement Small team, direct access to leadership

Pay:

$19.50 - $24.00 per hour
