We are a Rheumatology practice in need of a new Medical Assistant to join our team in our Owings Mills, MD location. The applicant will be asked to:

triage patients (vitals, etc.)
ensure patient charts are accurate, prepped for the appointment, and up to date
answer phone calls/ voicemails in a timely manner
obtain prior authorizations
assist the physician with procedures, prepping/ administering medications
various patient paperwork
other tasks that may arise during the day or on a situational basis
medication refill management
assist with shared duties in the office (putting away supplies/ deliveries, cleaning up breakroom)

$20.00 per hour
