Duties Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments with professionalism and efficiency Take vital signs, record medical histories, and prepare patients for their appointments to ensure accurate and thorough documentation Collect laboratory specimens, prepare samples for testing, and manage specimen labeling with precision Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and examination rooms to uphold safety standards Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling follow-up appointments and updating medical records Provide compassionate support to patients by answering questions, offering instructions, and addressing concerns with positive energy Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence to keep clinic operations seamless Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare certification or training is a plus Must obtain a vaild Medical Assistant certification or degree Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with patients of all ages Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and infection control practices is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team with enthusiasm and professionalism Embark on a rewarding career journey where your dedication helps improve patient experiences every day!
