Role Overview Cultured Wellness is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support our functional medicine and wellness programs. This role works directly alongside providers to deliver high-quality, protocol-driven patient care in a structured and fast-paced clinical environment. This is not a passive support role. You are a key part of clinical execution—ensuring treatment plans, patient flow, and care standards are delivered consistently, safely, and efficiently. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain clinical rooms for daily operations Manage patient intake, vitals, and flow Perform venipuncture and process lab specimens Administer injections within scope of practice Assist with IV therapy setup and monitoring Maintain clinical inventory and supply organization Support scheduling and patient coordination aligned with care plans Reinforce provider-directed treatment plans and patient education Document patient encounters accurately within EMR systems Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards Qualifications Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA preferred) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required Strong proficiency in venipuncture and injections Experience with EMR systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to operate efficiently in a structured, team-driven environment
