Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional, patient-centered customer service to individuals and families Managing incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency Scheduling and coordinating appointments while optimizing provider calendars Supporting administrative functions including data entry, record management, and documentation Collaborating closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth and accurate patient care delivery Safeguarding patient information by strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards What You Bring We're looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment: Proven experience in customer service (healthcare experience strongly preferred) Working knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) and vital signs (preferred) Understanding of medical billing and coding processes Experience navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Strong communication skills—both verbal and written Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Why Join Us?
