Job Description
Our mission is to provide patient-centered medicine that allows our patients to take an active role in managing their primary care and specialty care along with functional medicine health care options based on their personal and individual goals. Administrative Duties (may include, but not limited to): Using computer applications Answering telephones Greeting patients Updating patient medical records Scheduling appointments Arranging referrals and laboratory services Handling correspondence (MyHealth messaging) and faxes Clinical Duties (may include, but not limited to): Reviewing medical histories and addressing patient medical concerns Explaining treatment procedures or lab/radiology results to patients Instructing patients about medication and special diets Transmitting prescription refills as directed
