You'll support staff training, onboarding, compliance tracking, and quality initiatives that help team members succeed and improve resident outcomes. This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about education, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 86 / hour Reporting To Cathy Coogan Key Responsibilities Monitor team member training and certification compliance in coordination with Quality and HR; communicate non-compliance to managers and business partners. Lead CPR classes, Med Pass training, Skills Days, and new team member Meet & Greet sessions, delivering engaging and effective learning experiences. Support onboarding and training initiatives through classroom setup, training materials preparation, and administrative coordination. Administer TB tests, Influenza, and Hep B vaccines; assist with annual employee and resident Flu/TB clinics, attendance tracking, and documentation uploads into ADP. Collaborate with the Quality team on continuous improvement initiatives that support staff development, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes. Maintain accurate data in the Relias Learning System, including class scheduling, attendance tracking, compliance reporting, and new hire onboarding documentation. Experience handling medical records. Experience working in senior living. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job related travel. Current CPR certification.
