Muskegon, MI Hackley Community Care (HCC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides comprehensive healthcare services—including medical, dental, mental health, and pharmacy care—to residents of Muskegon County. HCC is looking for a highly self-motivated individual with exceptional phone and clinical skills. Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Clinical Phone Specialist functions using a team-based approach as a member of the Integrated Care Team and is the patient's first line contact with the medical staff when they call with a concern or question.Benefits and Perks:

Graduation from an accredited medical assistant or nursing training program required. Current, active, and in-good-standing LPN licensure in the State of Michigan. Medical Assistant certification or registration is a plus but not required. CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Knowledgeable in nursing principles, practices, and protocols. Strong oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively assess patients during limited phone conversations. Capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Accurate and professional oral and written communication skills. Passionate about working with underserved populations.
