Job Description

Job Summary We are a small, independent Family Medicine practice looking for a reliable Medical Assistant to manage daily clinical and administrative operations. This role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a close-knit team environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care :
Room patients, measure vital signs, record medical histories, and prepare exam rooms.
Provider Support :
Assist with routine family medicine procedures and administer injections.
Administrative Duties :
Manage patient check-ins, answer phones, and coordinate scheduling.
Documentation :
Accurately update and manage electronic health records. Qualifications Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) is a plus, but practical experience is highly valued. Willingness and ability to learn our specific software system (eClinicalWorks). Strong multitasking skills to balance clinical tasks with administrative duties. Welcoming, patient-centered communication style.
