Position Summary Radiant Vascular Institute, PC is seeking a patient-centric, positive, Medical Assistant / Administrative Assistance to support our rapidly growing Office-Based Lab (OBL). This role combines front-office coordination with hands-on clinical and procedural support in a fast-paced vascular practice. Key Responsibilities Patient intake, check-in, scheduling, and phone support Insurance verification, prior authorizations, referrals, and documentation Prepare patients for vascular/minimally invasive procedures Pre- and post-procedure patient care and education Electronic medical record documentation and regulatory compliance support Experience Experience in an OBL, vascular, surgical, or procedural setting preferred Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately support clinical procedures Experience with EHR systems for documentation and patient record management Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to ensure readiness for emergency situations Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Join us to be part of a dedicated healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
