Job Description
Busy family practice looking for part time medical assistant who can help in different areas of the office as needed. This is for a full-time opening that could turn into full-time based on office/staff needs. 4 days 10 hours shifts Must have experience in
- Patient care, vitals, rooming patients
- perform EKGs, ear lavages,
- administer injections, immunizations (adult and pediatric)
- assist in minor procedures (colposcopies, IUD, skin biopsies, endometrial biopsies)
- stock and cleaning patient rooms and work areas
- perform autoclave
- electronic prescriptions
- perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- previous experience working in medical office
- familiarity with EMR
- knowledge of medical terminology
- reliable transportation
