Our mission focuses on providing appropriate and cost-effective medical services to diverse patient populations. Room patients and obtain/document vital signs, patient intake, assessments etc. Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during clinic Perform clinic preparation duties including obtaining and organizing MRI, CT, EMG, and other diagnostic reports. Confirming patient appointments Upload and manage patient imaging from disc and medical records Fit and educate patients on DME braces and related equipment Clean and prepare patient rooms between visits Assist with patient flow and maintain efficient clinic operations Perform basic Medical Assistant responsibilities including: Documentation assistance Medication reconciliation Prior authorizations/referrals as needed Phone calls and patient communication Scheduling support Maintaining accurate medical records
