The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional patient care by handling front desk operations and supporting medical staff in a very busy, high volume practice. ## Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Electronic medical records
  • EPIC experience preferred.
  • Perform basic medical assistant duties such as taking vitals and assisting providers.
  • Handle high volume of phone calls, messages, inquires and requests.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance verification.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Support office management with clerical and administrative tasks ## Experience
  • Medical office experience preferred ###
Required Skills:
  • Experience with electronic health record systems
  • EPIC preferred.
  • Ability to operate office equipment including phone systems
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.
