Southfield, MI Position Type:
Full-Time Pay:
$20 - $23 per hour Farmbrook Interventional Pain and EMG is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team! This is a full-time position offering competitive pay. Experience working in a pain management setting is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and preparing patients for examination. Assist physicians during pain injections and other medical procedures. Document patient information accurately using EMR. Ensure proper handling and sterilization of medical instruments. Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up care. Provide patient education on medical procedures and care instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant Previous experience in pain management (preferred) . Proficient in Tebra (EMR) or similar Electronic Medical Records systems. Experience with C-Arm is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
