Job Description

  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team . As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our doctors in various clinical settings.
  • Duties:
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, taking vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
  • Prepare patients for examinations by taking medical histories, administering medication as directed, and providing injections.
  • Manage electronic medical records and perform coding tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide patient education on medication usage, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized medical environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform Allergy skin testing, Spirometry & Allergy Injections.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience working in a medical setting preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and a basic knowledge of pharmacology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Experience with medication administration and management.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmacology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
