We will also pay for your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm. Client material creation and preparation. Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA. Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games). Record client data into the Central Reach program Convert appointments into billing within 24 hrs Write detailed SOAP notes. Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA. Attend monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO. Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities. Cleaning duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Salary:

$16-20/hr (depending on experience). Performance-based raises every 6 months. Company-paid BACB Certification (RBT certification course). Company-paid
