You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner, such as responding to patient questions, checking voicemails, etc. Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff Communicate with insurance companies for authorizations for injections and/or testing Escort patients to exam rooms & transcribing the issue(s) they are being seen for into EMR Working closely with physician(s) and providers to document visits into

EMR Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare preferred but not required Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in both the West Bloomfield and Brighton locations •This position is a great fit for post graduates who are taking time off before applying to Medical, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner school. You will work directly with our physicians, surgeons and PA who are happy to provide references as you apply for school. It is also an excellent way to log the necessary hours to apply.
