• 3:00 PM Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) for a short-term contract assignment in an outpatient clinical setting in Maple Grove, MN.

This role requires a skilled professional with strong front-office and back-office experience, including patient intake, phlebotomy, EKGs, scheduling, and EMR documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while delivering high-quality patient care and clinical support. Key Responsibilities Support both front-office and back-office clinical operations Greet, room, and prepare patients for provider visits Take and accurately document patient vital signs Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures Administer vaccines and provide clinical assistance as needed Perform EKGs and Point-of-Care (POC) testing Schedule patient appointments and coordinate clinic workflow Answer phones and assist with patient communication Maintain accurate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation Assist providers and nursing staff with patient care support Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for patient visits Support patient education and outreach initiatives Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff Deliver quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient environment Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required (excluding externship) 2-3 years of healthcare or clinical experience preferred Front-office and back-office Medical Assistant experience required Phlebotomy and venipuncture experience required Experience performing EKGs and POC testing required Scheduling and patient rooming experience required Experience taking and documenting patient vitals required EMR experience required Current BLS or CPR Certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer and documentation skills Ability to multitask effectively in a clinical setting Preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred Occupational Health experience strongly preferred Patient education and outreach experience preferred Excellent organizational and time-management skills preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
