Job Description
Job description IMCS Group is a Healthcare and Professional Staffing Company. From nursing staffing, temp to hire, and permanent to healthcare contracts, IMCS Group provides hospitals and medical facilities with high-quality clinical professionals with the highest standards and compliance to provide the best medical care.
Duties:
- Performs patient and family education, counselling, and teaching.
- Brings patient into exam room, obtains brief history of complaints, prepares patient for exam, and takes vital sign.
- Performs clerical work consisting of, referrals, scheduling appointments with other physicians and facilities, filling out forms, and answering phones.
- Assists physician with exam and procedures as needed.
- Stock rooms, takes care of instruments and autoclaves equipment.
- Gives injections.
- Assumes charge position as required in absence of supervisory personnel.
- Performs other duties/projects as assigned or required.
Submission Requirements:
- 1+ Years of Experience
- Required
- Medical Assistant Diploma
- Required
- MA Diploma must be from a program that meets accreditation standards from either CAAHEP or ABHES
- BLS (AHA or ARC)
- Required
- History with Mental Health Patients (Inpatient or Outpatient)
- Highly Preferred
- Must be comfortable working in an office with majority of patients being remote.

- Covid Vaccine
Required Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
- Covid vaccination Card
- MA Certification
- Medical Assistant Diploma
