Job Description

Genovations Regen is seeking a compassionate, dependable Medical Assistant to join our regenerative medicine clinic. The primary responsibility of this position is administering SoftWave Therapy treatments while providing an exceptional patient experience. No SoftWave experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities:
Perform SoftWave therapy treatments following established protocols Prepare patients for treatment and explain procedures Document treatments accurately in the EMR Assist providers as needed during regenerative medicine procedures Maintain treatment rooms and equipment Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey
Qualifications:
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable learning new technology Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life
