We are looking for a Clinical Practice Assistant (Operations Lead) who wants more than a traditional Medical Assistant role. You will work directly with providers to help lead clinic operations, improve patient experience, maintain accountability, and support clinical care when needed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem solving, leadership, and helping patients receive exceptional care.
What This Role Looks Like Approximately:
60% Clinic Operations / Leadership 40% Clinical Support Clinical responsibilities remain important and team members should be comfortable stepping into patient care responsibilities whenever needed. Responsibilities Lead daily clinic flow and patient experience Support providers operationally and clinically Room patients, obtain vitals, perform phlebotomy as needed Coordinate scheduling and maintain patient flow Support documentation and medical records processes Assist with DME, injections, allergy workflows, and integrated services Maintain accountability for follow-through and workflow completion Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions Support onboarding and training of new staff Track clinic performance metrics and support process improvement
