What You'll Do You'll play a key role in keeping clinic operations running smoothly while helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing patients for appointments and procedures Assisting providers during vein procedures and treatments Ensuring rooms are fully prepared, stocked, and procedure-ready Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Supporting patient follow-up and communication Monitoring clinic flow and helping keep appointments on schedule Collaborating with teammates to create an outstanding patient experience Assisting with inventory and room readiness Traveling between clinic locations as needed to support patient care What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
