Job Description
Part-Time Clinical Medical Assistant / Clinical Staff Needed Join Our Growing Specialty Medical Practice! We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and patient-focused Part-Time Clinical Staff Member to support our busy medical office. This position is ideal for someone with experience in both front office and back office operations who enjoys working directly with patients and assisting with office procedures. Responsibilities ✔ Patient check-in and check-out✔ Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls✔ Verifying insurance and obtaining authorizations✔ Rooming patients and recording vital signs✔ Preparing patients for office procedures✔ Assisting physicians during procedures as needed✔ Cleaning and stocking exam and procedure rooms✔ Managing medical records and documentation✔ Coordinating with providers and clinical staff✔ Maintaining excellent patient service and workflow efficiency Qualifications ✔ Experience in a medical office preferred✔ Knowledge of front office and back office duties✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment✔ Strong communication and organizational skills✔ Experience with EMR systems preferred✔ Medical Assistant, LPN, CNA, or equivalent experience welcomed We Offer Flexible part-time schedule
