Medical Assistant and receptionist

Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment. Summary We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team for 3 days/week. In this role, you will be rooming patients, triaging patient phone calls and scheduling appointments. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Greet patients and manage front desk operations efficiently. Room patients and obtain vital signs Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records. Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a medical assistant role preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with medical terminology and office systems is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work 3 days/week.
