Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic bilingual Spanish and English Clinical Assistant to join Keystone Medical Group. In this vital role, you will support patient care delivery across a multidisciplinary medical and rehabilitation environment focused on musculoskeletal injuries, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and accident-related recovery. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth clinic operations, excellent patient communication, and a high level of patient service. This position is ideal for someone eager to enter the healthcare field, as no prior experience is necessary and full training will be provided. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and communicate with patients in both English and Spanish Room patients and prepare them for evaluations and treatment Assist with physical therapy and chiropractic patients during treatment sessions under provider supervision Support therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment setup under clinical direction Coordinate patient flow between providers, therapy, and administrative staff Assist with scheduling appointments and general front desk administrative tasks Ensure patients have a positive, welcoming, and professional experience Support overall clinic operations as needed in a team-based environment Skills Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude No experience necessary; training will be provided Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Comfortable interacting with patients in person and over the phone Basic computer skills preferred for scheduling systems Willingness to learn clinical procedures and rehabilitation workflows Keystone Medical Group is a multidisciplinary medical and rehabilitation clinic dedicated to helping patients recover from injuries related to accidents, musculoskeletal conditions, and functional impairments.
