In this role, you will play a key part in delivering patient-centered care, transforming patient's lives and providing hope and health. Basic responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, rooming patients, administering treatments, assisting providers in creating effective treatment plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality and compassionate healthcare delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a commitment to patient education, and a passion for promoting overall well-being. Medical clinic experience is required. Certification is not required. Experience in holistic or integrative health is a plus. Job Summary:
Full Time (32-40 Hours) 4 Day Work Week No Weekends / No Nights / No Major Holidays Functional Medicine Clinic setting Job Duties can include: Conduct patient assessments in the areas of foundational health (Weight Management, Hormone Health, Thyroid Health, Primary Care, Etc.) Administer injections and treatments such as Infrared Laser and Softwave Therapy Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement treatment plans Provide patient education on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle management Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy standards Participate in ongoing personal & professional development and training opportunities
Job Requirements:
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent College preferred Experience Medical Clinic (required) EHR (preferred)
Skills Clinical Skills:
Proficient in patient assessments, administering treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient education and collaboration within the healthcare team.
Collaboration:
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Patient Education :
Skillful in providing clear and comprehensible information on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle management.
Record Keeping :
Accurate and detail-oriented in maintaining patient records and documentation.
Empathy:
Ability to create a supportive and compassionate environment for patients.
Adaptability:
Able to adapt to fast-paced changes
