Elevate Health is a patient centered mental health wellness clinic specializing in Spravato and IV Ketamine infusions for treatment•resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD and other mental health conditions. We are seeking a compassionate, detail•oriented medical assistant to join our team and provide exceptional patient care in a calm, supportive clinical environment.

Position Summary:

You will play a vital role in supporting providers. Ensuring safe, efficient delivery of Spravato and IV Ketamine treatments. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication and the ability to monitor patients throughout treatment sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

You must be able to perform venipuncture and initiate IV access for ketamine infusion treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment. Obtain vital signs before, during and after treatment. Including manual blood pressure. Monitor patients throughout Spravato and ketamine sessions for comfort, safety and adverse reactions. This includes vital signs, level of consciousness and overall response. Assist providers during treatment administration and document accurately in the EMR. Educate patients on questions that they may have that are within your scope of practice. Respond promptly and appropriately to patient concerns or changes in condition. Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, medication safety standards and requirements. Help with other tasks staff might need support with. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

Current Certified Medical Assistant Demonstrated IV insertion experience with high success rate Current

BLS / CPR

certification Strong clinic assessment and patient monitoring skills Be able to maintain professionalism and composure in a behavioral health setting. Ability to remain calm and attentive in a controlled clinical setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with coworkers and patients.

Outpatient clinic setting Calm, safe, supportive and therapeutic environment Training provided for ketamine and Spravato protocols Opportunities for growth Part time (Monday 8:00am-4:00pm ,Wednesday and Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm )

Pay:

$20.00•$25.00 per hour
