We are seeking an exceptional Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Supervise at least one subordinate MSA team leader, supervisor, or equivalent support staff in a non-VA medical inpatient, outpatient, or interdisciplinary setting.Performance Evaluation:
Evaluate the performance of subordinate staff and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and efficiency.Problem Resolution:
Tackle complex problems to ensure that patient services are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.Operational Improvement:
Assess new products, equipment, and systems, and make recommendations to enhance operations and patient care.Training and Development:
Identify the educational and training needs of staff, make hiring decisions, evaluate performance, and take disciplinary action when necessary.Administrative Oversight:
Plan, direct, and oversee the activities of subordinate leads, supervisors, and MSAs to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Extract and analyze data to generate reports for senior management, supporting the tracking and improvement of key performance measures.Work Schedule:
