Position Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a patient-focused concierge aesthetic practice. Qualifications Must have certification to perform blood draws and inserting IV's (we can teach you, but you must have certifications that allow you to draw blood and inserting IV in NC). Strong customer service skills Strong ability to multitask Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Interest in medical aesthetics, wellness, and regenerative therapies Must be able to work on Saturdays About Dr. Addison Aesthetics Dr. Addison Aesthetics is a modern, technology-driven physician medical aesthetic and wellness clinic located in Cary, NC. We specialize in advanced regenerative treatments, combining energy-based devices (RF, HIFU, CO2, etc.), injectables, and IV therapy to deliver natural, long-lasting results. Schedule & Hours Clinic hours are typically between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday , with two Saturdays a month. We are open to Full time or Part Time interest, but candidates must be able to work on weekends. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Experience Greet and check in /out clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and luxury impression Manage appointment scheduling to optimize provider utilization and minimize gaps Handle inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries with prompt and professional communication Process payments and maintain accurate client and financial records Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming envinronment Patient Experience & Clinical Operation Support Rooming clients and taking before/after photos. Assist providers with pre- and post-treatment workflows Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols Blood draws/IV Therapy & Wellness Support Draw blood and prepare PRF tubes Help to grow IV/nutritional wellness program Ideal Candidate This position is ideal for someone who: Is passionate about aesthetics + wellness Wants to build a career in medical aesthetics, IV therapy, or regenerative medicine Is interested in advanced treatments and emerging trends Thrives in a high-end, growth-focused clinic environment
