Overview:
Join our team in Cary as a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA/CMA/RMA), where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services. We are looking for a compassionate professional with a strong background in medical clinic settings to support our pediatric patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent patient care in a clinical setting, adhering to high standards of medical practice. Administer vaccinations and shots to pediatric patients with confidence and accuracy. Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Coordinate patient scheduling to optimize clinic efficiency. Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace. Communicate effectively with patients and families, addressing any questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a medical clinic or similar healthcare environment. Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) is highly preferred; consideration will be given to those pursuing certification. Pediatric experience is an advantage but is not required. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to provide compassionate care for children. Proficiency in medical software and electronic health record systems is a plus. Must be comfortable with routine vaccinations and shots.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
