The ideal candidate is an expediter—someone who enjoys streamlining processes, improving efficiencies, and providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with an assigned provider (MD, PA, or NP) to support patient care.
  • Manage a panel of patients monthly, ensuring they receive timely follow-ups and care coordination; whilst documenting patient interactions and updated electronic medical records
  • Assist providers during office visits and manage post-visit patient care.
  • Coordinate diagnostic tests (e.g., sleep studies, pulmonary function tests) and prior authorizations.
  • Educate patients on their diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and suggest new ways to enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with lead MA, virtual medical assistants and clinical staff to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.
