Education :
High school diploma. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, that includes an externship in a medical office clinical setting, required. Curriculum must include pharmacology and medication administration. (Certificate must be obtained within six months of hire).Certifications accepted:
CMA- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) CCMA
- National Health career Association (NHA) RMA
- American Medical Technologists (AMT) RMA
- American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) RMA
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) RMA
- National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)
Experience :
Previous work in a medical setting preferred.Licensure/certification/registration:
CMA, CCMA, RMA.

Annual UAP agreement with provider required.Additional skills required:
