What We're Looking For CMA:
Education :
High school diploma. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program, that includes an externship in a medical office clinical setting, required. Curriculum must include pharmacology and medication administration. (Certificate must be obtained within six months of hire).
Certifications accepted:
CMA
  • American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) CCMA
  • National Health career Association (NHA) RMA
  • American Medical Technologists (AMT) RMA
  • American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA) RMA
  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) RMA
  • National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)
Experience :
Previous work in a medical setting preferred.
Licensure/certification/registration:
CMA, CCMA, RMA.
Refer to Life Support Training Policy
NH-HR-3096.
Annual UAP agreement with provider required.
Additional skills required:
